Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee acceptance as a client and does not create a coaching relationship.
We currently may use zCal for scheduling and may replace or supplement it with another scheduling provider. Scheduling tools may collect your name, email address, telephone number, time zone, appointment selections, answers to scheduling questions, and technical usage data.
We may also use video-conferencing or communication platforms for calls, events, workshops, or services. Information collected directly by a third-party provider is governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

We may send direct emails in response to inquiries and may use an email marketing or customer-relationship platform such as Mailchimp, Kit, Flodesk, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or another provider. Providers may be added, removed, or changed without revising this policy when the categories of information and purposes remain materially the same.
Where appropriate, we may use confirmed or double opt-in. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. We may still send transactional, service-related, safety, legal, or personally requested communications.
